For this project, I was provided the assets, a storyboard, and strict guidelines to follow.
However, I also researched accessibility on my own, as the client was looking for a flashing neon sign
aesthetic and I wanted to avoid making the ad unsafe.

For the neon sign effect, I simply alternated the
opacity of several layers (a solid, a glow, and a neon for each). And to create that neon sign rotation, I made
all the layers 3D and rotated them into each other. The neon effect on the text is similar
but there's a wiggle expression on the opacity for extra realism.

The final portion was created by animating the scale property and then applying the
Excite effect included in the Motion 3 plugin to make it bounce into place.
